Knowing may be believing
But it is so far from understanding
The beauty or ugliness of what is true
How it heals or deepens a wound that already grew.
Late on a cloudless night
Gazing at a particular star
Helplessly pondering over how things might
Have been different from what they are.
A deception can actually
Make a heart grow fonder
How a thing like this can be true
One still does wonder.
The same thing in different circumstances
Can make the same person laugh and cry
The same reason may, for different persons,
Be the reason to live or to die.
Incidents happening in front of you
Still hinder you from believing them
Everything is like the morning dew
Nothing remains the same.
All that can be done
Is to accept what needs to be accepted
Remember shine still must the sun
And away from the truth you just cannot run

Life has given me so much.. am exploring and moving on... am understanding and i head on.. here is a penning down of a few thoughts....some mine and some others... but all real.

Death is an answer not to be questioned..
So be it the death of a relation, a life or a feeling dont ask why...ask now where to..
really really nice. but personally i feel, that while the essence and soulof the poem is breathtaking, u shud concentrate a bit more on the rhyme scheme. the amalgamation of long and short sentences seems to have robbed the poem of its meter.
however, keeping that aside, renee... i never knew u cud write such phenomenal poetry!:o
